Principal AI/ML Architect

About the role

TensorOps is seeking a Principal AI/ML Architect to lead its most ambitious client engagements. This senior, client‑facing position combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, allowing you to shape next‑generation AI products for organisations across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define business challenges and design scalable, production‑grade AI/ML solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex concepts for C‑level stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Architect cutting‑edge agentic workflows, multi‑agent systems, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery and design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, production‑grade AI/ML systems.
• Extensive client‑facing experience, comfortable engaging with C‑level executives.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
