Pricing Analyst – Marketing & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the Marketing & Sales team at Continental. The role focuses on providing price, margin and condition information while shaping the local pricing strategy in line with corporate policy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide relevant information on prices, conditions and margins according to corporate policy.
• Monitor market evolution and performance.
• Define and align the local price strategy with management and international guidelines.
• Follow up implementation of the price strategy and identify improvement measures.
• Define price actions and campaigns.
• Create and maintain price reporting.
• Participate in international workshops for designated products and channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar pricing or commercial role.
• Strong English and Portuguese language skills (written and spoken); Spanish a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools (optional).
