Controller – Finance Automation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Continental’s Iberia controlling team. You will learn core finance processes while driving automation of repetitive tasks to modernise the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in month‑end close, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and develop automated solutions.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI reports to replace manual reporting.
• Collaborate with the company’s automation team to scope and implement larger automation projects.
• Document and share automated tools and processes with the controlling team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemical, management), business administration, information systems or a similarly quantitative field.
• 0–4 years of experience; a proven track record of solving quantitative problems and building or automating solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in finance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI reporting.
