Controlling Analyst – BA EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal on a two‑year replacement assignment. The analyst will own the end‑to‑end Actuals, Forecast and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centres.

Key responsibilities

• Control primary costs of HQ cost centres for BA EMEA across Actual, Forecast and Budget cycles.
• Manage operative headcount controlling for HQ functions throughout the full process.
• Develop and enhance the Power BI‑based Cost Centre Reporting Tool for comprehensive cost and headcount tracking.
• Ensure accurate monthly headcount reporting for the entire BA EMEA HQ function to Accounting.
• Document and maintain the BA‑wide role concept for all HQ functions and ensure compliant setup of eSR roles, VIM and CEOS authorisations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar controlling or financial analyst role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong result‑orientation and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• SAP user experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI and/or Tableau reporting skills.
