About the role
Join FedEx’s frontline team as a Premier Customer Care Representative, serving as the first point of contact for our larger customers. You will build loyalty and trust by delivering proactive, high‑quality support across voice, chat, and email channels.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for major customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Provide accurate information and guidance proactively via phone, chat, or email.
- Advise customers on the use of FedEx services and tools.
- Resolve service‑related issues and identify optimal long‑term solutions.
- Enter data accurately into systems and generate standard reports for customers and leadership.
- Identify new business growth opportunities with existing customers.
- Collaborate with other FedEx teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service roles; sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems.
- Commercial awareness and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Confidence, empathy, and friendliness.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Desire to work in an international, fast‑paced team.
