About the role

We are seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI systems that interpret complex genomic and clinical data. In this fully remote, flexible contract role you will apply your expertise in health data analytics to ensure AI models are scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant, and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize methods for integrating genomic, clinical, and biomarker data into unified analytics frameworks.
• Lead analytical strategies that turn multi‑modal healthcare datasets into AI‑ready insights.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and data quality across precision‑medicine use cases.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to align data strategy with real‑world healthcare goals.
• Apply data‑governance and regulatory expertise (HIPAA, FDA, IRB) to meet the standards of a highly sensitive domain.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience with large‑scale genomic, clinical, or life‑sciences datasets in analytics, research, or data‑leadership roles.
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated environments.
• Detail‑oriented and systematic when evaluating AI‑generated scientific content.
• Self‑directed and reliable on asynchronous, task‑based assignments.
