PR Manager – Lisbon, Portugal

About the role

We are seeking a PR Manager to develop and execute local public‑relations strategies, support OPPO’s brand objectives and manage media and influencer activities in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, journalists, editors and KOLs to secure coverage.
• Manage the KOL network, identify influencers, coordinate collaborations and evaluate performance.
• Plan and deliver PR campaigns, product launches, media events and other communication activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Support creation of key messaging, press materials and content for campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in PR, communications, media relations or similar role.
• Proven experience in media relations and hands‑on KOL/influencer management.
• Strong project coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
