PR and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This position supports the execution of the hotel’s public relations, communications, and marketing strategy. You will help shape storytelling, manage media relations, and boost brand visibility for a luxury hotel in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual PR and communications plan, drafting press releases, biographies, and story ideas.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create compelling guest‑experience stories aligned with the hotel’s positioning.
• Identify target publications, coordinate press visits and interviews, and develop new media contacts.
• Arrange stays and experiences for journalists, influencers, photographers, and content creators.
• Track PR performance, compile reports, monitor competitors, and contribute to the marketing dashboard.
• Provide administrative support such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, talent sourcing, and content‑usage approvals.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring clear follow‑ups and alignment.
