Polish Customer Support Agent - Call Center

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a call center in Lisbon. The client is a global BPO specializing in customer experience and payment management, as well as sales and marketing services across voice, social and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues by phone, email, chat and social messaging channels, as assigned.
• Adapt the brand's voice and tone for private channels (phone, email, chat, messaging) and public channels (social media, forums, ecommerce reviews).
• Respond to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
• Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.

Required profile

• Native or proficient Polish (C1-C2) and fluent English (at least B2).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
• Non-EU residents must hold a valid work permit.
