Polish Customer Advisor - GRE3

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Polish Customer Advisor to work in Lisbon, Portugal, on behalf of a global client that is one of the biggest companies in Portugal. The client is a world-leading brand, and the agent's mission is to support its activities by offering high-quality service to customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural environment
• Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• Fluency in Polish at C2 level or native
• Good knowledge of English at B2 level
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
