Polish Customer Advisor - GRE1

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Polish Customer Advisor to work in Lisbon, Portugal, on behalf of its client, a global leader and one of the largest companies in Portugal. The client has been recognised several times as an excellent place to work and as one of the best customer service providers in the country. As a customer support agent, you will support the client's activities and serve customers who use prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand within a multicultural environment.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Native Polish speaker.
• Good English.
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
