About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering academic, social, emotional and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment aligned with the school’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the primary teaching team, identify professional development needs and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implement support strategies and manage behaviour and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, participate in meetings and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in primary education (exact number not specified).
