About the role
The International Schools network is seeking a dedicated Childcare Assistant on a replacement basis to support the wellbeing and development of children in Monte Maior. You will work closely with teachers and families to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age‑appropriate activities.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children at all times.
- Support children’s developmental and educational needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and any concerns.
Required profile
- Experience in childcare, preferably within an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education.
Required skills
- Strong childcare and communication abilities.
- Excellent patience and capacity to work with young children.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
