About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision with prescription processing and patient counseling.
• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and accurately fill prescriptions.
• Operate pharmacy cash registers and handle transactions.
• Provide a friendly, helpful customer experience by greeting patients, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Follow Walgreens Pharmacy Code of Conduct and all state and federal regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to complete the Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
• Strong interest in healthcare and patient service.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow detailed procedures.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for pharmacy system navigation.
• Attention to detail when handling medication information.
