Performance Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to support and optimise paid‑media campaigns for our transport technology platform. You will work closely with the marketing team to launch, monitor and improve ads across multiple channels while providing data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, launch and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, TikTok and other platforms.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and feed results into dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and keyword opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop, test and refine ad creatives, copy and landing pages tailored to each platform and audience.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience or solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
• Proactive, collaborative and accountable team player.
