Performance Creative Strategist – Ecommerce

About the role

TwinklingTree, a fast‑growing consumer ecommerce brand, is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to shape paid‑social creative. The role can be filled at strategist or senior strategist level, depending on experience and demonstrated ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers, competitors, reviews and market trends to uncover untapped audiences and market gaps.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards and production‑ready briefs for paid‑social campaigns.
• Use AI tools to enhance research, ideation and production while maintaining strategic judgment.
• Monitor and analyse hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and conversion performance.
• Provide clear, practical feedback to editors and AI creative specialists.
• Design structured tests across messages, formats and audiences and record learnings for iterative improvement.
• For senior candidates, oversee AI content systems, creative standards and the strategic roadmap.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in performance creative, direct‑response marketing or DTC ecommerce.
• Strong customer research, concepting and brief‑writing abilities.
• Fluency with Meta creative metrics and performance diagnosis.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear creative decisions and next‑test plans.
• Excellent written English and experience collaborating with creative teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of campaigns or strategic work; senior consideration based on scale and systems thinking.

What we offer

• Salary range €42,000 – €78,000 per year (strategist to senior level).
• Performance bonus targeting 10 % of base salary for strategist scope, 20 % for senior scope.
