People Services Associate – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented People Services Associate who is fluent in French to join Bosch’s Global Business Services (GBS) HR Operations team in Lisbon. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data for French‑based staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and all intermediate HR processes for French employees.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as contracts, amendments and certificates.
• Monitor and process sick‑leave requests in line with French legislation.
• Conduct data quality checks, resolve inconsistencies and support reporting activities.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Assist in HR system updates, testing and related project work.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to employees, HR Business Partners and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Initial experience in administration, HR or shared services is an advantage.
• Strong interest in HR operations, data management and process optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
