People Leader – French‑Speaker (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking People Leader to join a German multinational operating in Porto. The role supports the Team Manager and various order‑to‑cash teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to order‑to‑cash teams.
• Coordinate and motivate the team, ensuring high spirit and engagement.
• Monitor service and process execution against defined KPIs.
• Report performance and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Lead multifunctional meetings to discuss results and action plans.
• Drive innovative and operational solutions through continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and build a network of contacts across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree or master’s degree.
• Native French speaker with at least B2 level English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in client support, sales, marketing or shared‑services environments.
• Proven experience in team management and project management.
• Ability to connect with diverse teams and thrive in fast‑paced BPO settings.
