Part‑Time Sales Assistant (20 hrs) – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Sales Assistant to join our luxury retail team in Lisbon. Working 20 hours per week, you will provide premium service to a demanding clientele, helping to reinforce the brand’s rock‑and‑roll image while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, delivering personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets using key commercial indicators and promote the brand’s image.
• Handle cash‑desk procedures, process transactions, and manage returns and repairs.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish as needed, and ensure confidentiality of sales data.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in sales with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive on challenges, learn quickly, and demonstrate a passion for the brand.
• Impeccable presentation, strong service orientation, and persuasive abilities.

Required skills

• Cash‑handling and POS transaction management.
