About the role

We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Sales Assistant to join our luxury fashion boutique in Lisbon. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the brand’s rock‑n‑roll heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Drive sales by meeting commercial targets and mastering cash‑desk procedures.
• Handle all transactions, returns and repairs with accuracy and discretion.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the floor and ensure product availability.
• Review sales figures and confidential documents, supporting reporting activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in fashion sales and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and learn quickly.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a customer‑service mindset.
