Partner Account Manager – French Speaker (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager who is fluent in French to join our Lisbon team. You will work within the Velocity channel, supporting Xerox’s partners in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, and help drive revenue growth across equipment, supplies and post‑sale services.

Key responsibilities

• Support identified Channel Partners in achieving equipment, supplies and post‑sale revenue targets.
• Act as the primary contact for existing and potential partners, promoting Xerox’s value proposition.
• Develop and implement coverage strategies for the assigned geography.
• Assist partners in creating new revenue and annuity streams.
• Shape sales strategies that align with partner business goals.
• Translate business strategies into measurable objectives and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with in‑country teams to optimise partner coverage and channel strategy.
• Engage prospective partners and build new relationships within the Xerox ecosystem.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales or partner management within the IT sector.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
