About the role
iCapital is looking for an Associate to join its Onboarding Solutions team. The role sits at the heart of the company’s mission, focusing on scaling operations, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and partners. You will become an expert on the iCapital platform and work closely with Associates and Assistant Vice Presidents to streamline legal document workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Structure legal documents within iCapital’s proprietary software tool.
- Operate technical systems that support the platform, including configuration management, workflow logic, and issue triage across multiple interfaces.
- Identify applicable legal questions for different investor types and apply the necessary logic.
- Communicate improvements and advancements to internal teams.
- Develop deep knowledge of all Onboarding Solutions interfaces to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Execute end‑to‑end technical and operational deliverables, managing daily workflows for high‑quality output.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on subscription document onboarding.
- Escalate and resolve high‑priority issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Review team work to guarantee operational standards and consumer‑grade grammar, logic, and accuracy.
- Partner with Product to troubleshoot complex issues and support root‑cause analysis.
- Maintain and enhance product documentation and internal resources.
Required profile
- 2‑6 years of experience drafting, researching, and interpreting complex legal documents.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Self‑starter who meets deadlines without micromanagement.
- Proactive team player focused on operational efficiency.
- Experience handling a large caseload across multiple legal teams or fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
