Corporate Lawyer

About the role

icoh seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer to deliver legal services for Ricoh Portugal. You will join a dynamic team focused on corporate governance, contract management and data protection while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance, contracts, NDAs, litigation, public tenders and data‑protection matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate local contracts across all legal areas.
• Support senior group lawyers by delivering high‑quality work within set deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of practising law experience, preferably in commercial contracts.
• Fluent Portuguese and excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external counsel and build strong relationships with in‑house teams.

Required skills

• Contract drafting and negotiation expertise.
• Knowledge of IT environments and data‑protection regulations.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English and optionally Spanish.
