P2P Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a bilingual French‑English P2P Officer to support its procurement and finance operations. You will act as the main point of contact for end‑users and suppliers, ensuring smooth processing of purchase requests, invoices and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑users with initiation, modification and completion of purchase requests, providing technical support to key users.
• Enter supplier documents, perform controls and accounting verification, and launch workflows to resolve invoice mismatches.
• Monitor supplier services, confirm deliveries, verify contract conditions and raise alerts when needed.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, record technical receipt of goods/services and close purchase orders.
• Manage supply failures, follow up with suppliers on delays and keep requesters informed.
• Analyze payment deadlines and monitor Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) performance.
• Validate invoices with price differences after buyer agreement, following defined workflows.
• Support monthly account closure in line with deadlines, guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay well organized.
• Proficiency in French and English at least at B2 level.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
