OutSystems Developer – Hybrid, Lisbon

About the role

Hexa Consulting is looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to join its Lisbon team. You will work in a hybrid model, designing and delivering high‑quality low‑code applications for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems Reactive framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Build scalable, secure, and high‑performing web and mobile applications.
• Integrate OutSystems solutions with external systems, APIs, and databases (REST and SOAP).
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs to ensure application quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support deployment activities and provide post‑release assistance when required.
• Ensure development follows best practices, governance standards, and architectural guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications with OutSystems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience in consulting or client‑facing projects is a plus.
