OutSystems Developer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an OutSystems Developer to join a leading insurance group operating in 64 countries. The position is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, focusing on delivering end‑to‑end solutions using the OutSystems low‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Reactive Web, Mobile and Traditional Web applications on OutSystems.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance solutions.
• Maintain and optimise reusable code and custom components.
• Define software architecture within the OutSystems environment.
• Integrate applications with REST and SOAP APIs and web services.
• Model databases and write efficient SQL queries.
• Handle automation and DevOps tasks using LifeTime and Service Center.
• Apply UX/UI best practices for business applications.
• Participate in projects that involve complex system integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing high‑performance applications with OutSystems.
• Hands‑on experience with API integration (REST, SOAP).
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills for systematic problem solving.
