Organic Growth Lead – Remote (Porto, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own and execute the SEO strategy for our Loans unit. Working remotely from Porto, you will turn existing credit‑related content into high‑ranking, lead‑generating pages.

Key responsibilities

• Research SERPs and identify commercial‑intent topics that drive qualified leads.
• Prioritise optimisation work based on revenue impact rather than traffic volume.
• Refresh and expand existing articles, implement on‑page SEO, and ensure content stays accurate and compliant.
• Design and manage a workflow that combines your work, freelancers and AI tools for efficient content optimisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Paid, Tech and external PR/outreach partners to align SEO with broader growth initiatives.
• Measure performance (traffic, positions, CTR, conversions) and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience driving organic growth for finance or credit‑related websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions quickly.
• Comfortable working independently, setting priorities and executing end‑to‑end without direct reports.
• Proactive communicator who can brief and manage freelancers when scaling content production.
