Order-to-Cash Manager – Finance Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Order-to-Cash Manager to lead a finance operations team within a dynamic international environment. The role focuses on delivering high‑performance finance services, ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance operations team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash activities, including collections, credit management, cash application and related controls.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive actions to maintain service excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and best‑practice solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and governance requirements.
• Promote standardized processes across multiple business areas.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Support organisational growth and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably in shared services.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and related controls.
• Solid experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and customer‑focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
