Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant – Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant at Senior Manager level to lead finance transformation initiatives for our clients. You will guide organizations in adopting Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions, leveraging emerging technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and analytics to modernize finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale finance transformation projects enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Advise clients on using Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to improve reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Develop and propose strategic solutions that address complex business challenges across finance, operations, and governance.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure regulatory compliance within Oracle systems.
• Promote the integration of RPA, machine learning, and analytics to enhance finance capabilities.
• Coach and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration across cross‑border and diverse environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields.
• Proven experience navigating complex, cross‑border engagements and diverse teams.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH).
• Hyperion Financial Management.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Machine Learning and Analytics.
