Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn data into smarter revenue decisions at Money Group. The role supports the Sales team by tracking performance, KPIs, and managing budgets for assigned Books of Business, ensuring data accuracy and actionable context.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Vertical Growth Lead with performance tracking and monitor KPIs against revenue and gross profit targets.
• Monitor daily and long‑term campaign, advertiser, and publisher performance, identifying delivery issues, reporting gaps, budget pacing risks and trends.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, EPC, CVR and margin trends, providing clear recommendations on growth, pull‑backs and partnership strengthening.
• Track, manage and recommend adjustments to budget pacing across campaigns and partners to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain dashboards in HeyMoney, create recurring reports and presentations for Revenue teams and leadership.
• Lead revenue and payout audits, resolve discrepancies between internal data and partner invoices.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Ads By Money, Finance and Accounting to keep revenue operations aligned.
• Identify manual reporting processes and streamline them using automation and AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, accounting or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes while applying sound judgment.
• Team‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
