Operations Monitoring Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Monitoring Analyst to join our Lisbon team. The role ensures the stability and performance of critical business processes, turning incident data into actionable insights. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and guarantee smooth execution of business‑critical processes.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational incidents and anomalies.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and work with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
• Analyse existing monitoring processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Design, develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Propose and implement automation initiatives to streamline monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless interaction between enterprise applications.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Monitoring, Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Vertica and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one Business Intelligence tool (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in incident management, anomaly detection and operational monitoring.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process optimisation and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and French.
