Operations Business Unit Manager - POR2

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Business Unit Manager (POR2) in Porto. The manager supports the team leaders of the scope in reaching the Activities' objectives, mainly through operational efficiency and client satisfaction, and ensures the proper management of local topics, including HR and staff matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the clients' and Cardif Support' roadmaps by helping managers deploy them
• Support operations team leaders in delivering assigned activities in line with KPIs and service level agreements
• Monitor activity and performance, recruit, allocate and schedule resources, and assess technical means
• Lead and manage the staff under responsibility, ensuring strong engagement and a respectful, motivating work environment
• Promote corporate values and contribute to the continuous improvement and change management strategy

Required profile

• Advanced degree, ideally a Master's or MBA, with proven management experience in complex, fast-paced companies
• Knowledge of service delivery, KPIs and budget monitoring
• Ability to identify, alert and prevent risks in the global service-delivery framework
• Minimum B2 level in French and English; other languages are a strong plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of the automobile industry is a big advantage
