Operador de Prensa Flexográfica – Producción de Etiquetas

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join its label‑roll manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining flexographic presses to produce high‑quality adhesive labels according to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the press for each production order based on job specifications.
• Mount plates, cylinders, anilox rollers, inks and all required components for each run.
• Adjust the machine to achieve correct registration, colour, and print quality.
• Operate the press efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Continuously inspect product quality through visual checks and established measurements.
• Adjust ink viscosity and printing parameters as needed.
• Complete production, quality and waste documentation.
• Meet daily production schedules and delivery dates.
• Report mechanical defects or unsafe conditions.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain an orderly work area and inventory of materials.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma; technical studies in graphic arts or printing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating flexographic presses.
• Experience with roll‑fed self‑adhesive labels is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials safely, and work rotating shifts.
• Good visual‑manual coordination and colour discrimination.
