Onboarding Project Manager – Europe

About the role

Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for its mid‑market customers across Europe. You will guide customers from contract signature through adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales handoff through go‑live and adoption.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding customers, driving clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead customer meetings—including pre‑kickoff, kickoff, check‑ins, and go‑live milestones—and document action items.
• Manage timelines, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain a high‑touch customer experience.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Ensure customers realize value quickly and transition smoothly to Account Management.

Required profile

• Experience navigating complex projects in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
