About the role

As an Onboarding Coach for Guest Experience at Cloudbeds, you will help hospitality clients adopt our AI‑enhanced platform and redesign their daily operations to deliver exceptional guest service. Working remotely from Portugal, you will act as a strategic partner, guiding hoteliers from initial training to full‑scale process integration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized onboarding sessions that teach clients how to use the Cloudbeds platform effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate onboarding feedback into operational improvements.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to automate routine tasks, allowing more focus on strategic consulting.
• Assist clients in designing friction‑free hospitality processes that enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with newly onboarded properties to ensure long‑term platform adoption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in hospitality operations or hotel management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a “caring rebel” mindset focused on guest‑centric service.
• Ability to personalize communication and build trust with diverse clients.
