About the role

Join the ME Lisbon luxury hotel team as a Waiter, delivering sophisticated and personalized service that reflects the standards of a high‑end hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding dining experience through warm, professional, and attentive service.
• Deliver food and beverage service efficiently, ensuring accuracy, timing, and consistent quality.
• Manage order taking using hotel systems, process payments, and maintain attention to detail.
• Support the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, keeping the space clean and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and feedback with a courteous, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a waiter, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Good understanding of food & beverage service standards, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
