Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

A recruitment agency is recruiting Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives for its client, a company based in Portugal. The position is based in Lisbon, which the advert describes as having 300 sunny days a year, beautiful beaches and rich traditions. You will support the client's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers and resolve service issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
