Night Auditor (F/M/X)

About the role

As a Night Auditor at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, you will be the front‑line ambassador of the guest experience during overnight hours. You will combine front‑office duties with financial reconciliation to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all service standards and operational procedures are followed in every guest interaction.
• Provide prompt, attentive service using each guest’s name.
• Master Front Office and Royal Service policies, procedures and operations.
• Review reservations and guest preferences to guarantee standards are met.
• Maintain a constant presence at the Reception Desk throughout the shift.
• Handle internal and external calls following hotel telephone etiquette.
• Observe and respond to every guest approaching the desk.
• Promote hotel services and provide detailed information to guests and visitors.
• Identify guest preferences, update guest profiles, and anticipate needs.
• Balance and audit all Front Office postings and settlements.
• Verify that all departments have posted their revenues.
• Reconcile Food & Beverage POS transactions with the PMS system.
• Reconcile miscellaneous revenue sources (telephone, garage, movies, laundry) to the PMS.
• Confirm room revenue and applicable taxes are recorded correctly.
• Ensure accounts receivable balances match the guest ledger for the day.
