Mobile Application Developer - AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to create the native Android experience for our AI Finance Agent. The role focuses on delivering clean user flows, high performance, and reliable features that serve real customers in the insurance and financial services space.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile interactions.
• Optimize app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences only when they add genuine value to the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• High ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
• Ability to identify UX, performance and reliability issues before users encounter them.
