Mid Project Manager / Technical Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Mid Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead software projects for a fast‑growing travel‑technology company. The role is fully remote and requires the candidate to be based in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver software development projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities and risks, and act as the main liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Track progress, report status and ensure objectives are met.
• Identify dependencies, remove blockers and drive continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or a similar role.
• Proven track record delivering software development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent English.
