Mid-Level Functional Tester (French)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Functional Tester to join a challenging project in Lisbon. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality of technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Define, prepare, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results.
• Collaborate closely with development, business analysis, and project management teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a Functional QA Tester.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous, and critical‑thinking mindset.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• French language proficiency (mandatory) and English at minimum B2 level.
