Microsoft Systems Administrator

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator to join its growing team of technology professionals. You will be responsible for keeping the company’s Microsoft infrastructure reliable, secure, and performant while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure availability, stability, and security of the Microsoft environment.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server platforms.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing and Remote Desktop Services.
• Support SCCM operations, including software deployment, patch management and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and help implement security and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional systems‑administration experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with SCCM for software distribution and updates.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule (1‑2 weeks per month).
• CPLP nationality or valid EU work permit.
