Microsoft Dynamics Architect

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to join a leading international energy and utilities client. The role focuses on designing, governing, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define implementation and governance guidelines for Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Ensure a fit‑to‑standard approach across all Dynamics projects.
• Support and establish governance standards for Dynamics in an enterprise setting.
• Lead architectural decisions for Field Service and Project Operations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, design, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Support testing, go‑live activities, and post‑go‑live platform improvement.
• Act as a technical reference and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365.
• Work with international and global teams in a hybrid environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects covering the full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and Dataverse.
• Proven experience defining platform standards, governance models, and best practices.
