Medical Information Specialist (Dutch/French/English)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join its Safety Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for health‑care professionals and patients, handling medical inquiries, adverse events and product quality issues across several therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, fax and email support to HCPs and patients, receiving and documenting medical inquiries, adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Track and route safety‑related calls in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with the local management team, reporting project metrics, challenges and successes.
• Foster a collaborative environment with other lifecycle safety team members.
• Participate in training, working groups and initiatives aimed at improving service efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline.
• Native‑level written and spoken Dutch (C2) and advanced French (C1) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn across lifecycle safety service lines.
