Mechanical Engineer

About the role

agap2 indústria is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join its team in the Évora area. You will work on real‑world industrial challenges, contributing to the design, analysis, and optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse technical drawings and CAD models.
• Develop and validate mechanical solutions that meet industrial standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/CAE software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industrial standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
