Marketing Web Production Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Web Production Specialist will build, maintain, and enhance Tungsten Automation’s corporate marketing site. You will work closely with marketers and developers to support the recent rebrand, generate high‑quality leads, and drive online event registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch new pages and rework existing pages using HTML, CSS, and predefined templates.
• Implement quick‑code fixes and set up page variations for user testing, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices, anticipate page changes, and create development tickets for CMS bugs.
• Validate Sitecore enhancements before deployment and assist with site integrations.
• Review authored pages, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with design, accessibility, and SEO standards.
• Distribute analytics, SEO, and GEO reports and leverage approved AI‑enabled tools for efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience publishing content on a CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress).
• Bachelor’s degree in Web/Interactive Design, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong HTML skills and solid understanding of CSS principles.
• High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new software.
