Marketing Trainee – Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Trainee to support the execution of brand plans for Reckitt’s hygiene, health and nutrition portfolio. This entry‑level position works closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, providing analytical and coordination support in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of brand campaigns, product launches and ongoing initiatives.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing assets such as presentations, sales tools, POS materials and internal communications.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and artwork with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Manage day‑to‑day project coordination and agency deliverables.
• Conduct market and performance analysis using existing data sources.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign performance and budgets.
• Support the preparation of materials for field‑force and customer activities.
• Assist with budget tracking, including purchase order creation and follow‑up.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, medical and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Initial marketing experience (internship, traineeship or first role), preferably in FMCG, Healthcare, OTC or Nutrition.
• Exposure to regulated environments with a basic understanding of compliance and regulatory rules.
• Experience supporting brand activities such as campaigns or launches.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and produce reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
