Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑moving, remote‑first company as a Marketing Project Manager based in Portugal. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategic ideas into well‑executed campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Work closely with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and managing priorities.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones and capacity using tools such as Jira or Notion.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or a similarly fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items and drive accountability from start to finish.
