Marketing Manager – Netherlands Market

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand positioning for our Dutch website. You will work closely with the Zumub Growth Team and be responsible for influencer recruitment, content localisation, and traffic acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage new influencers and affiliates for the Dutch market.
• Execute the growth strategy for the Netherlands website, researching opportunities and presenting recommendations.
• Translate, review, and localise content to ensure natural Dutch language quality.
• Assess and manage the performance of external translators.
• Create text and audiovisual marketing assets.
• Develop innovative traffic‑driving tactics and optimise existing acquisition channels.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce, and content creation.
• Proven communication and influencing abilities.
• Growth‑oriented mindset, quick learner, initiative‑driven and ambitious.
• Comfortable working in an agile start‑up environment and taking ownership of key decisions.
