Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is for a Marketing Manager based in Portugal, working in a remote and agile environment. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing engine, turning campaigns into measurable business growth while collaborating closely with sales and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns such as webinars, virtual events, guides and thought‑leadership content.
• Define campaign objectives, align them with pipeline targets and report on revenue impact.
• Monitor funnel performance, run A/B tests and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Build and optimise marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, segmentation and lifecycle automation.
• Manage email programmes (promotional, newsletter, transactional) and ensure clean data and consistent processes.
• Map buyer journeys, create nurture experiences and work with sales to improve lead quality and handoffs.
• Support partner marketing, co‑marketing initiatives and maintain a central marketing calendar.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign creation, content development, reporting and analysis.
